Being deployed in a foreign country may result in cultural stress. What problems may arise and why?

Possible Answers:

1. Practices that seem to be natural in one culture may be uncomfortable and disorienting to others.
   
2. Communication across cultures bears the risk of misunderstanding and cultural stress. It is always important to be tolerant and respectful.
   
3. Don’t take miscommunications personally, instead use them to broaden your understanding of your own and other cultures.
4. Cultural practices are based on deep seated values and identities.
