The Sphere Project, the full title of which is ‘Humanitarian Charter and Minimum Standards in Humanitarian Response’, has two main sections.  The Humanitarian Charter is a summary of three of the main legal frameworks within which humanitarian practitioners often have to work in times of disaster or conflict.  These are:
