Describing roles and responsibilities by organisation

The description of roles and responsibilities by organisation is simply a matter of describing the tasks and functions of each organisation involved in an emergency management situation.

This manner of description is useful for members of a given organisation as they can see at a glance what their organisation has undertaken to do.
