Topic 6: Implementation of plans

Overview

This Topic is designed to look at the processes and systems that were in place to develop and implement the emergency management plans and procedures relevant to your selected event. In reviewing these processes you will not only look at the plans themselves but you will also need to look at the trigger mechanisms that were in place to initiate the strategies contained within the plan; how they were communicated; if any modifications to the plan(s) were required and finally look at any planning review processes that were undertaken.
