Review of hazards
From your earlier studies you will recall that communities are exposed to many hazards both technological (that results from human activity) and natural.
Focussing on your own community (be it work or home/residential – you decide), take a couple of minutes to consider some of the hazards which could affect your community and in the table provided in the link below, detail your findings. Save the table to your Learning Portfolio when complete. Your list may include natural hazards such as fire, storm, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, and technological hazards such as toxic chemical spill, water contamination, transportation accident, oil spill, to name only a few.
