Using the information you have collected, analyse the activation and management of EOCs in response to your emergency/disaster event. Commence to draft up the Emergency Operations Centres section of your major report (Assignment 2) and include in your discussions information relevant to the activation and management of the EOCs, the effectiveness of such management strategies, whether or not the management of the EOCs was supported by plans and procedures, were strategies altered from those developed pre-event, and if so why? Finally also identify strengths and weaknesses in the management and operation of the EOCs in order that you can draw suitable conclusions and make relevant recommendations at the end of your major report.
