Newcastle, OK, May 26, 2010. Members of a Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA) team verify that a damage inspection just completed is agreed upon. Several PDA teams investigated losses caused to public infrastructure by 22 confirmed tornadoes that swept the eastern half of the state on 10th May 2010.
